Gathering knowledge piling up in the brain pan.
Cooking in the biased heat of perspective,
you read it, heard it, saw it and maybe lived it.
Screened it through emotions running on life.

And somehow you just can’t get there from here.
Even though you got here from there…
He said, she said, they said it is what it is.
Loquacious sugar coated demagogic semantics.

Those are BIG words for small minds enthralled by
emotional eloquence. Impressed and rubber stamped,
Democrat, Republican, Independent… partisan ideologue.
Quivering gravitas forked tongues mincing conversative.

Seeing is perceiving belief as faith. Hearing filtered
through persistent idealogic filters touching the soul with
the smell of victory. Can you taste the smugness?

We hunger for leadership…
