Invisible Monsters
Invisible Monsters by MrDaMan Virgil R. Hall II (Randy) Within humanity and all that we know walk monsters of envy and greed. They hide behind masks of golden intentions and succor the altruist seed. They feed upon the flesh and drink the rich blood of the economy of life. Forever insatiable their hungry hearts beat to the drum of democracies knife. The head of the snake and there’s billions of them, all gnashing and spitting and hiss. Devour each other when ever they can with the great love of a cannibals kiss. Monsters of love and compassionate care, mindless reason unreasonably sure, they bathe in the light of righteousness, of idealism clean and pure. The sun it shines upon their smiles and their pearly canine teeth. How beautiful these monstrosities are as they weave their deadly wreath. Invisible yes these monsters are before our very eyes, Before the mirrors of human souls, convincing truth in lies. And filling up the Holy Grail with the blood of humanity. The invisible hand that holds the cup, to my lips for me.
