I work too hard in this bed of lace,
I deserve the frills, the pills and the thrills…
Merely by being me…

You owe me love, loyalty and comfort,
so feed me yours and I’ll take care of mine.
I’ll call my excess of greed compassion,
and believe of my envy… altruist intent.

It’s a truth to deny, an honest lie…
and I believe it with all my heart.
All of your effort, your ambition, your dreams,
martyred semantic upon the cross of politic love.

This peace we war upon our life’s blood,
this krinkled economy of the nature of man.
Civilized slavery to the whip of the crackers vote.
A road of good intentions bronzed by illusion.

But, but, but it’s an honest lie…
we have faith in our belief and that is enough.
We do love each other so… we do. (at least)
Until our pussy hurts on the path of least resistance.
